• As a Buyer, we will fully represent you in finding your next home.  Having an agent assist you in buying a home is of NO cost to you.  Our fees are paid by the listing brokerage of your next home.  Having a Buyer's Agent is having someone in your corner to help you through the search process and buying of a new home. We will work in your best interest.

 

• As a Seller, we will work with you to obtain your selling price, tell you how to prepare your home for sale, prepare all paperwork, schedule showings, advertise your home, and represent you throughout the listing and sale.  An experienced REALTOR© will take much of the stress out of selling your home. You need a professional dedicated to documenting, marketing, and closing the sale of your home. By choosing a REALTOR®, you are selecting a professional who voluntarily holds themself to a higher ethical standard.  Our company’s fee is 5% and we offer 3% of that to another brokerage for bringing us qualified buyer.  If we List your home and bring a buyer as well we will cut our commission rate to 3%.
